Atelier Marée collaborates only with carefully selected manufacturers who share our passion for sustainability, quality craftsmanship and fair working conditions.
Our creations are manufactured in a small, women-led production facility with GOTS and SMETA Sedex certification in the heart of India.
According to the GOTS requirements, social standards include:
- A minimum wage (living wages, at least equal to the statutory minimum wage)
- Prohibition of child labour
- Prohibition of workplace discrimination
- Health and safety in the workplace
- Social security/employment contract
